Eat the Light

Light is where life begins. And when you eat foods filled with light, that same life begins again in you. What if the secret to more energy, focus, and joy wasn’t a supplement or detox kit—but simply learning to eat light?


From the very beginning, God spoke: “Let there be light” (Genesis 1:3). With those words, creation ignited—and from that light, life was born. That same light still fuels everything living today. It nourishes the earth, causes plants to grow, and was designed by God to nourish you.


Think about it: every bite of living food carries a spark of that light—God’s provision for healing, strength, and renewal. Sunlight hits the leaf, photosynthesis begins, and the plant stores that light as energy. When you eat that plant, you are literally eating light—fuel that is alive, restorative, and deeply nourishing.
